• Please arrive 5 minutes early or on time to your appointment. Allow yourself time for parking and finding the salon. If you’re running late please contact us before your appointment, as bookings can only be held for 5 minutes before automatic cancellation if not warned in advance.

• If you have any cold or flu symptom, please cancel your appointment and rebook when you no longer have those symptoms. 

• Sanitise your hands upon entering the beauty room.

• No guests allowed with you during appointments.

• Please note face masks are optional.

• If you can't attend your booking please cancel 24hours prior to your appointment.

Due to extra precautions taken to disinfect all equipment before and after treatments, please allow more time for your appointment as it may overrun slightly. Thank you for your patience during this time.
